OPPORTUNITY: NEW OPENING. An exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR. This role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership, with progression into the General Manager role as part of a short term succession plan.

Who we are looking for:

Lead Service

Previous experience in high-volume casual dining or QSR, with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star standards at all times.

Join an exciting new brand at the ground floor and lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.

Ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely, and to Saltwater standards.

Develop the Team

Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Drive Operations

• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations, rostering, inventory, food safety, and compliance.
• Help achieve labour, stock, and cost targets while maximising sales and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
