An exciting opportunity for a CDP / Sushi Chef to join the opening team of a new Australian sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for:

  • Japanese culinary experience preferred
  • Management experience (+1 year) in high volume casual dining or QSR site, is a plus
  • A reliable and energetic team member
  • Someone with empathy, fairness, and genuine care for their team members
  • A chef with focus and passion for their craft

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Produce dishes with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain a 5* food hygiene environment at all times, with no compromises.
  • Support customer enquiries and dietary requests, when required
