What does this role look like? Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll be responsible for:
- Employee IT Support
- Provide 1st line IT support to employees across multiple sites.
- Handling and resolving IT queries, from filtering and distribution to actioning support requests.
- Providing first line support for CRM and other business-critical applications.
- Writing technical support guides for technicians and user consumption.
- Collaborating with third-party IT suppliers to implement and optimize solutions.
- Hardware Management
- Managing hardware across multiple locations and ensuring users are equipped with the tools they need.
The successful candidate will have:
- Technical Skills
- Experience supporting and administering 365 infrastructure and applications.
- Experience supporting Mac, iOS and Android devices.
- Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar analytical/numerate subject.
- At least one year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience improving business processes using technology solutions.

Where will I be working? We are looking for someone to be based out of our Whiteley or London office, offering hybrid working that includes 3 days in the office and the remainder at home. We’re incredibly flexible with work patterns.
Benefits: The salary is between £25,000-28,000pa depending on experience, alongside 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension. Access to our flexible benefits platform is also provided. The role is 37.5 hours per week between 8.30‑5.30pm.
