We are recruiting a B2B Marketing Executive to be attached to our London office, whilst benefitting from a hybrid working environment. You’ll also be required to travel to our Hereford, Kegworth or Truro office once per fortnight.

Saltus has an extremely successful marketing and sales programme for its B2C activities. Starting from scratch in 2021, the team refreshed the brand and has put in place a new client generation capability that starts from our content strategy. We have allied this to a range of digital capabilities, including SEO and online promotion. These have benefitted from outstanding results: web traffic tripling in three years, four new channels generating new clients and a promotional campaign that has created unique properties to name just a few outcomes. Saltus works with a suite of agencies to help us achieve our goals. The opportunity is to extend this capability to our B2B businesses, which currently have a predominant sales focus.

What will I be responsible for?

  • This role will report into the Marketing Manager and work as part of a broader integrated sales and marketing team.
  • The principal activities are:
  • Assisting with the build and management of websites
  • Assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to strategy and objective setting, channel selection, agency management, creative development, measurement, reporting and budget control
  • Managing the production of branded materials including stationery and sales collateral
  • Working in conjunction with colleagues in the Saltus and Abacus businesses, as well as external agencies

As a Marketing Executive, you will generally have / be:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in digital marketing preferable
  • Team player, enthusiastic, collegiate, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write, articulate and good presentation skills, numerical and analytical skills
  • Be organised and be able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively
  • Contribute to a fun environment in the workplace and the wider Saltus culture

Where will I be working?

We’re incredibly flexible about where, when, and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. You will be based out of our London office for 2-3 days each week, working the remainder of the week from home. You’ll also be required to travel to our Hereford, Kegworth or Truro office once per fortnight.
