What you’ll be doing
As a self-employed Financial Adviser with us, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own business while benefiting from the support of an established and trusted firm. This will include:
- Providing independent financial advice tailored to your clients’ needs, covering areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and quality service
- Managing your own schedule and client portfolio, with the flexibility to work the way that suits you best
- Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and maintaining high compliance standards
- Leveraging our technology, compliance, and administrative support to help you focus on delivering advice
- Growing your business through referrals, marketing, and networking

The ideal Adviser will:
- Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice
- The ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong desire to grow their business within a supportive, self-employed framework
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial products
- Be comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and professional connections
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
