Saltus Partners LLP seeks a BI Business Partner to bridge the business and our BI development team, translating questions into clear BI requirements and partnering with the BI Manager to prioritise the backlog. This stakeholder-facing role emphasizes outcomes over outputs.

Based in our Whiteley office with hybrid working (three days in the office), you will collaborate across financial planning, operations and compliance, requiring around five years in BI/data roles and strong Power BI/SQL.
