We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Salt Room. Set on Brighton’s seafront with uninterrupted views of the West Pier, The Salt Room is one of the city’s leading seafood restaurants, built around fire, flavour and a room that knows how to have a good time. Newly reimagined from the ground up, The Salt Room has reopened for a new chapter by the sea. The same bold cooking that earned our reputation: the finest local seafood, charcoal‑grilled and served with precision, a wine list designed to match every dish and cocktails worth lingering over. A terrace that belongs to the last light of the day.

As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
