Saltrock is seeking a fun, energetic Store Manager in Tavistock to cover a 12-month maternity contract.
You will have retail experience, high visual merchandising standards, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
You will manage stock, merchandising, floor layout and store operations, build strong relationships with Head Office and Retail teams, ensure health and safety, and maintain Saltrock’s brand standards.
