Responsibilities:

  • Work a 40‑hour contract.
  • Manage and motivate team members, monitor and hit sales targets, and ensure product is merchandised to its full potential.
  • Provide an excellent in‑store customer experience, making them feel warm and welcome.

  • Above statutory holiday – 33 days per year (inc. bank holidays); after 5 years an extra 2 days.
