Overview
Saltrock is a well‑known British coastal lifestyle brand. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our retail team on a 6‑hour contract and help deliver an excellent customer experience in store.
Responsibilities
- Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care
- Ensure customers have a positive experience within the store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain housekeeping standards to keep the store safe and healthy
- Provide customers with information about product features, benefits and stock availability
- Implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
- Keep products tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed
- Support merchandising in line with store guidelines when requested
- Process deliveries
Qualifications
- Warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture
- Passion for selling and interacting with customers
- Understanding of strong visual merchandising
- Competent at till operations and cash/card handling
- Retail experience desirable but not essential
Benefits
- Above statutory holiday: 33 days per year (including bank holidays); after 5 years an extra 2 days; pro‑rata for part‑time family members
