Join Saltrock as a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract. You will be part of the Retail team, working with an energetic group to deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers.

The Saltrock brand has been inspired by the Atlantic Ocean, the North Devon coast, and coastal lifestyle since 1988. We design in the South West and are known for our iconic print designs.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand, while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensure customers have a positive experience in-store by maintaining an inviting and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a healthy and safe store
• Provide customers with information about products, including features, benefits, and stock availability
• Assist with markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keep products tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Assist with merchandising in line with guidelines
• Process deliveries

• Competence with till operations and cash/card handling
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential

What we offer you

• Holiday allowance above statutory minimum: 33 days per year (inc. bank holidays); after 5 years you receive an extra 2 days. Pro-rata for part-time staff
