Saltrock is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a 32-hour contract at our store on the North Devon coast.
You will support the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver outstanding service while processing sales and maintaining brand standards.
You will help implement markdowns, manage stock, and keep the store inviting for customers with strong visual merchandising.
Prior retail experience and team leadership are desirable.
