We are looking for a Supervisor to join our retail team on a 16‑hour contract.

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team passionate about our product and engaging with customers, delivering an excellent experience whilst they are in store.

Role
  • Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
  • Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
  • Support the Store Manager in training and development of team members
  • Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
  • Visual merchandising of product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain housekeeping to a high standard, ensuring a healthy and safe store
  • Provide customers with information about our product, including features, benefits and stock availability
  • Implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
  • Keep product tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed
  • Process deliveries in a timely manner
