Like the idea of joining the Saltrock family? We are looking for a Stockroom Assistant on a 32 hour contract to come aboard and join the next part of our adventure! The Atlantic Ocean, North Devon Coast and salty air. For over 30 years, Saltrock; a British, coastal, lifestyle brand, has had holiday, family, spirit and fun at its heart. Our inspiration flows from land and sea, waves and coastline. Designed in the South West since 1988 we have grown into a loved Devon brand known for its iconic print designs.
As a Stockroom Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring smooth and efficient stockroom operations. Your efforts will help drive the success of our brand, making a positive impact on our customers' experience! We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys the process of stock management. You will help maintain an organised and streamlined stockroom, which in turn supports faster, more efficient service on our shop floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting weekly inventory counts to keep stock levels accurate
- Organising and maintaining the stockroom for easy access to products
- Verifying incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy
- Assisting with restocking items on the shop floor
Together, we will work to make every aspect of our store run seamlessly and create an exceptional experience for our customers.
What you will bring on the journey:
- Ability to maintain exceptionally high store standards inclusive of merchandising products, point of sale and cleanliness of displays
- A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture
- A passion and focus for high store standards
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Awareness of stock control, monitoring stock levels and previous stock experience including end-to-end management of deliveries, replenishment and stock takes
- Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising

- Above statutory holiday, 33 days per year (including bank holidays) and after 5 years on your journey you will be rewarded with an extra 2 days, all holiday is pro-rata for part time family members
