Job Description
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team.
You’ll work alongside an energetic team, passionate about our product and engaging with customers to deliver an excellent experience in-store.
- Role
- Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
- Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store, making it inviting and welcoming.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a healthy and safe store environment.
- Providing customers with information about our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
- Implementing markdowns and price alterations within agreed timescales.
- Keeping our products tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed.
- Supporting merchandising efforts in accordance with our guidelines.
- What you will bring on the journey
- A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture.
- A passion for selling and engaging with customers.
- An understanding of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
- Competence in till operations and cash/card handling.
- Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
What we offer you

We offer above statutory holiday entitlement, 33 days per year (including bank holidays).
After 5 years, you will be rewarded with an extra 2 days.
All holiday is pro-rata for part-time family members.
