The Buyer’s Admin Assistant role reports to the Buyers, working as part of the buying team to deliver the best ranges for our customers, managing the administration of the department to ensure all systems are kept up to date.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Supporting the buying team with their administration, including filing.
- Responsible for keeping information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and databases.
- Maintaining the critical path.
- Supporting Buying with analysis of the market and customer activity through competitive shops, sales, and trends.
- Supporting weekly trade meetings through best seller reports and shipping/intake reports.
- Maintenance of samples – chasing and booking in.
- Racking up samples with care and consideration for sign-offs, range reviews, and fit sessions.
- Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyer’s Admin Assistant role, providing full administrative support to the home buying team.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills.
- A keen interest in product, garment construction, brand, and customer.
- Driven, resilient, and motivated.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Experienced in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new systems (Futura & Qlikview).

What we offer you
- Full-time, permanent contract. 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
- Rest and relaxation are important; we offer above statutory holiday entitlement, 33 days per year (including bank holidays), pro-rata for part-time team members, and after 5 years, you will be rewarded with an extra 2 days.
- Your birthday is a big deal; you will receive an extra day holiday to be taken on or in the week of your birthday.
- Giving back to the community is a big part of our journey; you will have 3 days per year to support charitable causes.
