48 Hours - Total package up to £34,648 per annum. Nestled between the wild North Sea and the heather-draped moors, our name Saltmoore serves as a literal and evocative reflection of these two distinct yet harmoniously intertwined landscapes. Following our successful opening, and with the business expanding as we prepare for the season, we are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie and a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team, led by our Executive Head Chef Adam Maddock. You’ll be working in a brand‑new kitchen at a destination hotel with two different food outlets, creating dishes to be proud of.
