  • Weare looking for a Teaching Assistant who;
  • Will have a sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, especially around the needs of students with Autism
  • Has experience of working in a school environmentand has experience of all key stages.
  • Is a qualified Practitioner withqualifications such as NVQ Level 3.
  • Has proven skills that will contribute to agrowing team within the school's Resource Base provision
  • Is a reflective and flexible practitioner.
  • Is committed to developing personalisedlearning.
  • Will contribute to the development of theschool and the Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust in raising standards.
