What You’ll Be Doing

- Menu Development & Creativity
- Design seasonal menus that celebrate Scottish produce
- Create bespoke menus for weddings, corporate events and large-scale catering
- Balance creativity with consistency and operational efficiency
- Operations & Standards
- Oversee food preparation and delivery across multiple events
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and H&S standards
- Manage food costs, GP and stock control
- Work closely with trusted local suppliers
- Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and growth
About You
You’re a natural leader in the kitchen, confident, calm under pressure, and driven by high standards. You’ll likely bring:
- Experience as a Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
- A passion for seasonal, locally sourced Scottish produce
- The ability to deliver at pace without compromising on quality
