We're looking for a skilled and reliable Gas Engineer to join our growing team, covering the Salisbury area. If you take pride in high‑quality work, enjoy dealing with customers, and want the security of steady work with excellent benefits, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on gas appliances within social housing properties, ensuring homes are safe, warm, and compliant. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of autonomy, supported by a well‑organised office team who’ve got your back. ASHP experience isn’t essential, but training and upskilling opportunities are available for engineers keen to develop into renewables.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Servicing and maintaining boilers and fires in social housing properties
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely
  • Building strong, professional relationships with tenants, clients, and colleagues
  • Completing all job paperwork accurately and on time
  • Attending Toolbox Talks and keeping up to date with safety procedures
  • Maintaining high standards for appearance, uniform, and van presentation
  • Carrying out weekly vehicle and equipment checks
  • Participating in on‑call cover when required
  • Always working in line with Gas Safe regulations, company procedures, and H&S standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Gas Engineer
  • ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1
  • Strong fault-finding and mechanical knowledge
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • A professional, customer‑focused approach
  • Unvented qualification (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
