As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring tenants feel informed, supported and satisfied throughout their installation journey. Acting as a key point of contact between tenants, clients and internal teams, you will help maximise access, resolve concerns and maintain excellent customer relationships. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support increased survey and installation access by engaging with tenants & clients
- Locate keys and arrange access for temporary accommodation and void properties
- Visit properties before, during & after installations to ensure tenants are satisfied with the support provided
- Conduct post-installation visits to gather customer feedback and assist with system queries
- Collate customer satisfaction forms and submit weekly reports to clients
- Act as a first point of contact for tenant and client queries or complaints
- Assist with refusals and no-access visits to improve uptake and completion rates
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all internal departments
- Attend project progress meetings when required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Installation Manager or Contract Managers

- Confident and professional communicator
- Positive, reliable and a strong team player
- Punctual and well-organised
- Experience working directly with the public or tenants is desirable, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
