Saltire Facilities Management is looking for motivated and hardworking General Labourers to join our growing Electrical team. This is a field-based role supporting Solar/Electrical installation projects across Scotland, assisting engineers and installers with day-to-day site operations. This position is ideal for someone with labouring or construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced installation team.
You will support Solar PV/Electrical installations by transporting materials, maintaining safe and tidy work areas, and assisting engineers on site where required.
Main Responsibilities- The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering materials, tools, and equipment to installation sites on a daily basis, while assisting engineers and installers with Solar PV/Electrical installations across multiple locations.
- The role involves carrying out general labouring duties, supporting the loading and unloading of materials, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness on site.
- You will be expected to ensure all work areas remain safe, organised, and compliant with company health and safety procedures at all times.
- The ideal candidate will work effectively both as part of a team and independently using their own initiative, while representing Saltire Facilities Management in a professional manner.
- Regular travel to various locations across Scotland will also be required as part of the role.

We currently have positions available in North Lanarkshire and Dundee.
Working HoursMonday to Friday 08:00am – 4:30pm, 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime available.
