Role Summary
Saltire Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and driven Installs Contracts Manager to oversee heating renewal projects across multi‑trade domestic contracts. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role responsible for managing installation engineers and associated trades, ensuring technical excellence, maintaining compliance, and delivering high‑quality projects on time and within specification. You will play a key role in maintaining contract performance, client satisfaction, and commercial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete technical surveys for heating renewals across multi‑trade projects.
- Manage installation engineers and support trades to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensure all installations meet agreed technical and contract specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections and formally sign off completed works.
- Review daily materials reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate 1‑day heating installations and multi‑trade activities effectively.
- Attend site meetings to monitor and report on project progress.
- Meet with clients and project coordinators to maintain strong working relationships.
- Understand and implement full contract specifications.
- Monitor contract KPIs and ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
- Investigate and resolve claims or customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure accurate billing information is submitted to the commercial department timeously.
- Monitor and approve contractor invoices.
- Approve and submit timesheets.
