  • Inspecting routine repairs and fault rectification works to ensure effective remedial actions have been implemented.
  • Auditing renewable energy installations, including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and associated equipment.
  • Inspecting consumer units, circuits, earthing, bonding arrangements, and protective devices to verify compliance with current regulations.
  • Conducting electrical safety assessments and reviewing Code C1, C2, C3, and FI observations identified during EICRs.
  • Ensuring all electrical works comply with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Reviewing electrical testing procedures, including continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth fault loop impedance, RCD, and functional testing.
  • Producing accurate audit reports, compliance documentation, and digital records.
  • Providing clear feedback and guidance regarding audit findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and compliance standards.
