Your role: Our Client Services teams at Saltgate are primarily responsible for the Company Secretarial and administration components of client service delivery for a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate Private client structures. Reporting to the Director, you will have full ownership of the client relationship and deliverables and be responsible for operational activity and workflows, acting as a principal point of contact and escalation.
Your focus:
- Lead on all aspects of day-to-day operations and transactional client service deliverables.
- Oversee and manage a small team to ensure delivery and clarity around team and organisational priorities and goals.
- Liaise, build professional relationships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure best industry practice and consistent high level cross jurisdictional service delivery.
- Proactively champion and drive operational development initiatives and business transformations, and successfully lead the team through these changes.
Your experience:
- Strong academics with an appropriate professional qualification (CGI, ICSA or equivalent).
- Relevant, well established experience with technical exposure to corporate legislation and regulations in the UK.
- Demonstratable experience in managing effective and engaged teams, through fostering an environment where people are motivated to meet overall goals.
- Able to apply business insights to improve client specific provision and advance the organisation.
- Able to appropriately manage conflict situations confidently and discreetly.
All individuals are assigned responsibility for assisting in the overall information security and data protection environment. This includes attending and completing all mandatory information security and data protection training and complying with all applicable policies and procedures.
