We are pleased to invite applications for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team at Salters Medical Practice. We are a forward-thinking practice with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. We are keen to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated GP and will actively support and nurture the successful candidate within our team.
Main duties of the job
We have 4 to 6 sessions available and are seeking a professional colleague who is committed to maintaining high clinical standards and contributing positively to the ongoing development of the practice. Applicants with a special interest or an interest in training are encouraged to apply, as these will be fully supported and developed in line with both individual interests and practice needs.

Job responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious GP who shares our ethos and strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The practice is well established and currently comprises five Partners, including a Clinical Pharmacist and an experienced, dedicated multidisciplinary team, including both clinical and non-clinical staff. This strong team approach ensures excellent support and collaborative working.

Person Specification
Experience
- Experience in General Practice.
- Strong clinical decision making and autonomous practice skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to teamwork.
- Proficient in IT systems used in General Practice.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the GMC with a licence to practice.
- On or eligible for inclusion on the NHS England GP Performers List.
