Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support to 140 staff based across 6 sites using Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Respond to incoming support tickets and escalate or troubleshoot where possible
- Accurately document procedures, information, and resolutions to a high standard
- Configure and replace IT equipment such as Microsoft Windows PCs, laptops, and printers
- Resolve issues with iOS mobile devices
- Maintain a good and safe working environment
- Offer administrative support
- Occasionally carry equipment to and from other sites
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic Junior IT Support Engineer to help grow the IT team within our group. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will have the prospect to develop and improve the role as the business grows. We work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with some evening and weekend work as required.
