SalterGrange is seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in M&E design and pre-construction leadership. You will lead tenders, coordinate M&E design from bid through handover, and work closely with clients, main contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You must have proven experience in design coordination, subcontractor management, and a solid grasp of NEC/JCT contracts, along with relevant certifications.
