Senior Estimator
City of London | Tier 1 Main Contractor | Commercial Fit Out
Salter Grange is partnering with a Tier 1 main contractor to recruit a Senior Estimator for their growing fit out division. You’ll lead pricing on CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects across London from office refurbishments to complex, high-value schemes for leading occupiers, developers and public sector clients.
The Role
- Lead cost estimates and tender submissions from enquiry to final bid
- Review tender documents, drawings and specifications to shape pricing strategy
- Prepare take-offs, subcontractor enquiries and pricing analyses
- Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Work with Pre-Construction, Design and Commercial teams on winning bid strategies
About You
- Senior Estimator or Estimator experience in fit out or refurbishment projects
- Strong track record pricing CAT A and CAT B projects from £10m to £40m+
- Solid knowledge of fit out packages, building services and current market rates
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to manage multiple bids at once
- Confident with estimating software and technical drawings
