Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our busy Lettings Department on a part‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and would like to develop their career within the property industry. You will work closely with our Property Manager, providing support across a variety of day‑to‑day property management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with landlord invoicing and general administration.
- Uploading and maintaining property inspection reports.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries from landlords and tenants.
- Providing support with tenancy‑related matters.
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the wider Lettings team with administrative tasks as required.
About You
- We are looking for someone who is well organised and has good attention to detail.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn new skills.
- Can manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team.
- Has previous administration or customer service experience (property experience is helpful but not essential).
