We are seeking a technically strong, commercially aware Pre‑Construction Manager to join a growing development team. This role is ideal for someone who has built their career as a Senior Project Manager within residential construction and is now looking to transition into a more office focused, design led position while still drawing on their deep site experience.

The Role

You will take ownership of the pre‑construction phase across a portfolio of residential schemes, ensuring each project is fully coordinated, cost effective, and ready for seamless delivery. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, you will lead the technical and commercial preparation that underpins successful construction.

Key Responsibilities
