Our client delivers complex, multi-million-euro projects for global corporations in the Hyperscale Data Centre and Life Sciences sectors. Mechanical Lead Responsibilities:

  • Full management of Mechanical systems, ensuring installations meet technical specs and QA standards.
  • Oversight of day-to-day site operations, labor coordination, and sub-contractor performance.
  • Drive a rigorous safety culture, managing the safety file and QA documentation from setup to close-out.
  • Manage package costs (labor, materials, plant) and handle variations in collaboration with the QS.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide detailed weekly progress/risk reports.

Mechanical Lead Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in large-scale coordination.
  • Strong Trade background plus a relevant Third-Level qualification.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Ability to drive sub-contractors, meet strict deadlines, and manage complex change (Cost & Programme).
