Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects | Europe £80,000–£100,000 + Accommodation + Living Allowance + Flights
Location: Multiple locations across Europe Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering some of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre and mission-critical projects.
We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team, supporting the commercial delivery of complex MEP and Data Centre developments across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on landmark projects with a strong pipeline of future work.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities Manage project costs from procurement through to final account.
Prepare valuations, variations and commercial reporting.
Administer contracts and subcontractor accounts.
Support procurement and package management.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and site delivery teams.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and contract compliance.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor , Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor .
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
Previous experience on major construction, MEP , Data Centre , mission-critical , industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, valuations, variations and cost control.
Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across project locations in Europe.
