Are you a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of fast‑paced, high‑quality fit‑out and refurbishment projects? Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to final account
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
- Overseeing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Ensuring projects remain commercially viable and delivered within budget
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients
- Administering contracts (typically JCT) and managing change control
