Project Director
Data Centre | West London | Competitive Salary + Package
Salter Grange is partnering with a leading main contractor, delivering a complex data centre scheme based in West London, who are on the search for an experienced Project Director.
The Role
- Lead the project team to deliver the scheme on time, on budget and to the highest quality; owning the programme, managing subcontractors, driving health & safety standards, and reporting into the Head of Construction
- Lead enabling works including full demolition of existing structures and retaining walls
- Direct ground remediation, re-levelling and major utility diversions / disconnections ahead of construction
- Manage design development from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 4 in tandem with live construction activity
- Oversee delivery of hyperscale data centre facilities alongside associated office buildings and substations
- Set and enforce site wide health & safety protocols to protect both the workforce and surrounding community
- Act as the senior client and stakeholder point of contact throughout complex, multi-phase development
What You'll Need
- Main contractor or MEP principal contractor experience delivering £50m+ schemes
- Strong MEP delivery knowledge
- Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Degree in Engineering, Building Science or related field
- CSCS Gold, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, RAMS (Working at Heights a plus)
