The Role
As Electrical Package Lead, you will take ownership of the electrical package from design through installation and commissioning, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Electrical Systems package, including design coordination and OFCI equipment.
- Manage site installation activities, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Drive a strong safety culture and oversee QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor package budgets, subcontractors, variations, valuations, and cost reporting.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain programme performance.
- Lead subcontractor and stakeholder meetings, acting as a key link between engineering, planning, commercial teams, and the client.
- Mentor and develop project teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
About You
- Trade-qualified and/or degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Management.
- 5+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical installation packages.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and experience within Design & Build environments.
- Proven ability to manage programme, commercial, and stakeholder requirements on complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
