OFCI Project Manager | Berlin | Data Centre Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced OFCI Project Manager for a major data centre project in Berlin, Germany. This is a specialist opportunity for an experienced OFCI Project Manager to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment and coordinate the interface between the client, vendors, contractors and wider project team. Lead the delivery and coordination of OFCI / Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment. Manage the interface between the client, vendors, suppliers, contractors and site teams. Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, storage, installation and handover. Ensure vendor and contractor activities remain aligned with the overall project programme. Manage technical queries, design changes, interfaces and project risks. Monitor installation progress and resolve delivery or coordination issues. Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover requirements. Provide regular progress reporting to project leadership and client stakeholders. Proven experience as an OFCI Project Manager, OFCI Manager or Data Centre Project Manager . Strong understanding of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) delivery models. Previous experience managing OFCI equipment within data centre or mission-critical projects . Strong vendor, contractor and client interface experience. Experience managing procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning interfaces. Strong programme, risk and change management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a fast-paced data centre environment.
