Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor delivering complex Data Centre and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join a high-performing project team in London.
Reporting to the Data Centre MEP Lead, you will oversee the delivery of all MEP systems from design coordination through to commissioning and handover across major Data Centre projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead MEP design coordination and technical reviews.
- Manage M&E subcontractor procurement and performance.
- Drive BIM coordination and clash resolution.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Data Centre standards.
- Mentor and support Technical Services teams across projects.
- Degree-qualified in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years’ MEP/construction experience with Data Centre project exposure.
- Proven track record delivering complex MEP packages to completion.
- Strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
