Project Director Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational direction to a multi-disciplinary senior operations team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence.
  • Act as the lead ambassador for the project, ensuring deep alignment with client expectations and long-term strategic goals.

  • Extensive experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager with a "Main Contractor" background, specifically delivering large-scale Data Centres, Life Sciences, or Industrial projects ($200m+).
  • You must have a demonstrable history of taking major mission-critical projects from initial ground-breaking through to final energisation and handover.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex contracts and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
  • A willingness to lead projects on the ground in Central Europe (supported by a market-leading rotation/travel package).
