Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering some of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre projects.
We're looking for an experienced
Electrical Lead to take ownership of the electrical package from installation through commissioning and handover on major mission-critical developments.

Electrical Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical delivery on large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Manage the installation of LV electrical systems, containment, cable management, power distribution and associated electrical building services.
- Coordinate electrical site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Commissioning teams.
- Drive programme, quality and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and QA/QC standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover.
- Produce progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements
- Experience as an
- Electrical Lead ,
Electrical Construction Manager or similar.
- Proven background delivering large-scale electrical packages on construction projects.
- Previous experience on
Data Centres , mission-critical , pharmaceutical , industrial or other technically complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services, installation and commissioning.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel and work on projects across Europe.
- Relevant electrical or engineering qualification preferred.
