Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit a CSA Lead for a major Data Centre project in the Netherlands. As CSA Lead, you will take ownership of the Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from construction through to project handover.

CSA Lead Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all CSA works on site
  • Manage safety, quality, programme, and project delivery
  • Oversee subcontractors, site operations, and resource planning
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
  • Review drawings, setting out details, and builder's work requirements
  • Manage project reporting, documentation, and QA processes
  • Drive snagging, close-out, and handover activities
  • Attend client, design, planning, and coordination meetings
  • Support change management and programme delivery
CSA Lead Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer preferred
  • 10+ years' experience within the construction industry
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale CSA packages
  • Excellent knowledge of QA, construction processes, and site management
  • Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
