Lead Quantity Surveyor – Hyper‑Scale Data Centre (Central Europe) – Global Contractor

Due to massive project wins, we need a highly experienced and ambitious Lead Quantity Surveyor to spearhead the commercial delivery on a complex Hyper‑Scale Data Centre project in Central Europe.

Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial backbone for the project team, ensuring financial compliance and maximising returns on a multi‑million‑euro scale.
• Provide essential commercial support and advice to the Construction Team, ensuring strict contract compliance across all phases.
• Proactively identify, analyse, and report on potential commercial risks and financial exceptions to senior management.
• Drive operational procurement and provide crucial contract support, working closely with the Procurement Department.
• Oversee and manage all subcontractor accounts, from initial award through to complex variations and final account settlement.
• Deliver precise financial analysis and reporting in line with Group Policies, providing the intelligence management needs to succeed.

Requirements

• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, large‑scale construction environment and are ready for the complexity of a Hyper‑Scale project.
• 7+ years of post‑qualification experience in a large‑scale, onsite environment.
• Relevant third‑level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
