Our client is renowned for delivering certainty in the most demanding sectors, including Hyperscale Data Centres, Advanced Technology, and Life Sciences. As the CSA Lead, you will be the driving force behind the coordination and management of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial design review to final handover—ensuring world-class standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
CSA Lead Responsibilities:- Lead the coordination of CSA work packages, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and electrical services.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing labor, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Client Design Team, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors.
- Drive the Site QA and Safety plans, ensuring all installations meet project specifications and international standards.
- Collaborate with the QS team to manage valuations, variations, and tender packages, ensuring change management is handled with precision.
- Manage the project schedule (Primavera/P6) and lead weekly progress, commercial, and engineering reviews.
- Oversee the BIM/CAD process, manage RFIs, and transform design intent into flawless site execution.
- 5–10+ years of experience within the construction sector, ideally with exposure to large-scale industrial or data center projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A natural mentor with the ability to coach teams, manage change, and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in engineering software, BIM processes, and project planning tools (Primavera/CAD).
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize complex workloads under pressure.
