Salter Grange is exclusively partnering with a European leader in high-tech construction to recruit an experienced Electrical Package Lead for a major hyperscale project in Europe. The Role

As Electrical Package Lead, you will take ownership of the electrical package from design through installation and commissioning, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Electrical Systems package, including design coordination and OFCI equipment.
  • Manage site installation activities, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, and safety standards.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and oversee QA/QC documentation.
  • Monitor package budgets, subcontractors, variations, valuations, and cost reporting.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain programme performance.
  • Lead subcontractor and stakeholder meetings, acting as a key link between engineering, planning, commercial teams, and the client.
  • Mentor and develop project teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

About You

Trade-qualified and/or degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Management. 5+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical installation packages. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and experience within Design.
