A leading UK modular construction specialist is looking to appoint an established Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major residential development. With a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, high-quality schemes through innovative offsite construction methods, this business continues to grow across London and the Southeast. Due to upcoming project demands, they are looking for an ambitious QS ready to take ownership of packages and step into a more independent project role.
Locations: West and SE London
The Role:
- Working on large residential schemes coming out of Gateway 2
- Managing commercial responsibilities across the project lifecycle
- Procurement and package management
- Variations, valuations, cost reporting and subcontractor management
- Working closely with operational and delivery teams on fast-paced projects
- Opportunity to take on greater project ownership and progression internally
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience within residential, main contracting or specialist subcontracting environments
- Someone established at QS level but still hungry to step up and grow further
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently on larger schemes
- Modular, RC frame, residential or high-rise exposure would be advantageous
Package:
