- Managing project documentation on platforms like Asite
- Helping set up and manage templates, workflows and reports to track progress in real time
- Issuing tenders, forms, reports, and ensuring everyone has the access they need
- Supporting teams with quality checks, uploads/downloads, and general admin
- Training external consultants and subcontractors to keep things running smoothly across the board
A bit about you:

- You’re familiar with EDMS systems like Asite, SharePoint or ProjectWise
- You’re organised, methodical, and comfortable juggling a few plates at once
- You enjoy helping people get to grips with systems and processes
- You’re a strong communicator, happy speaking to different teams and following up to make sure things are done
