A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a flagship £290m high-end residential project, delivering 300 luxury units across two blocks, including a double-storey basement. This is a major leadership role overseeing full project delivery, safety, quality and commercial performance.
Key Duties:
- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of the full project
- Prepare programmes, method statements, prelims and submission documents
- Develop procurement strategies and manage key supply chain partners
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships at senior level
- Oversee design management, including BIM strategy implementation
- Manage risk registers, site logistics, and project reporting
- Chair internal and subcontractor meetings; ensure accurate information flow
- Drive constructability reviews and identify programme/commercial opportunities
- Lead and support project teams, ensuring resource coverage and performance
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex residential construction projects from conception to completion
- Experience with high-rise or major residential schemes
- Degree education in a construction related subject
