Salter Grange has partnered with a premier international Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor with a 50-year legacy of engineering excellence. We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to join their London office. This is a pivotal role focused on expanding their footprint in the UK market, specifically targeting high-growth sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, and large-scale Commercial fit-outs. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities, nurture long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on securing high-value M&E projects across the UK.
- Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with Tier 1 main contractors, consultants, and direct clients.
- Represent the firm at industry-leading conferences, networking events, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide regular reports to the Group Head of Business Development and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Tier 1 Construction sectors.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
