Salter Grange is now seeking a talented Associate Cost Manager to join a dynamic team in a Global Consultancy on a large Data Centre Development in Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to transition to the busiest sector in construction with a company offering a platform to a Director with further training and development.
Senior Cost Manager Responsibilities:
- Settle accounts and manage claims for client value.
- Build cost estimates and plans for key projects.
- Monitor spending with clear valuations and reports.
- Support agile management with timely cost data.
- Resolve disputes and claims efficiently.
- Boost business with new and existing clients.
- Lead and mentor team for top performance.
Senior Cost Manager Candidate Background/Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor on major projects in the UK market, ideally with exposure to Data Centres
- Demonstrated experience in delivering quantity surveying services.
- A degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- You are chartered or working toward chartership
