A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential scheme in South East London. This is a strong opportunity for a Site Manager coming from an RC Frame subcontractor / specialist contractor background, with solid hands-on knowledge of frames, groundworks and temporary works.
The Role:
- Managing RC frame and associated groundworks packages
- Overseeing subcontractors and site activities from frame through to subsequent stages
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and specification
- Coordinating temporary works and ensuring appropriate procedures are followed
- Working closely with the wider project team and external subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and site documentation
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Site Management experience within RC Frame / concrete structures
- Background with an RC Frame, groundworks or specialist subcontractor
- Strong understanding of temporary works
- Ideally holds a recognised Temporary Works Coordinator / Supervisor qualification or ticket
- Experience working on large-scale residential developments
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics and site safety
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
